How long will delivery take and how much will it cost?
Deliveries will often be next-day for the greater Dublin area, and 2-3 working days across Ireland.It is free of charge over €35. Delivery to UK will incur a cost of €10 and will take 3-5 working days. Delivery to European Union countries, USA, Canada and Australia takes up to 7 days and costs €12 for Europe,€20 for USA+Canada, and €30 for Australia.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We can amend or cancel the order for you unless it has been shipped already. You can check the details of your order under Order History in your account and contact us quoting your order number and the changes you would like to make. If your order has been shipped already we won’t be able to make any changes to it. However, you can return the unused shoes for a full refund or an exchange. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

What is your returns policy?
If your order is not suitable for any reason then you can return it within 28 days for a full refund or exchange to the same value. We ask that the goods are returned in the same condition that you received them and in their original packaging with a valid receipt. You can either post the goods back to us or bring them to any Korky’s branch for a refund or exchange. Please see our returns policy for full details.

Once payment has been completed, details of the order will be received on our end. We will be in immediate contact with the email or phone number provided if any potential issues or mistakes arose within the order.
