We can amend or cancel the order for you unless it has been shipped already. You can check the details of your order under Order History in your account and contact us quoting your order number and the changes you would like to make. If your order has been shipped already we won't be able to make any changes to it. However, you can return the unused shoes for a full refund or an exange. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
If your order is not suitable for any reason then you can return it within 28 days for a full refund or exchange to the same value. We ask that the goods are returned in the same condition that you received them and in their original packaging with a valid receipt. You can either post the goods back to us or bring them to any Korky's branch for refund or exchange. Please see our returns policy for full details.
When you place your order, we’ll send you an email straight away to give you your order number. If you have an account, you can log in to check the status of your order at any time so you know when it’s been shipped. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within a couple of hours, contact us and we’ll check it out for you.
