BALLIN’ UNDER €50 | Korky’s Shoes

With college balls just around the corner, we’ve picked out our favourite long dresses under €50. We know all about being broke at college, so forking out hundreds for a dress is definitely not on our agenda right now (only when we’re our own girl bosses later on in life of course).

Check out some of our killer heels as well that will match these dresses of our dreams!

As it gets colder, it is more of an excuse to wear those deeper colours. The thin black straps on these surprisingly comfy TULIP1‘s compliments the chocker accessory attached this deep purple ASOS maxi dress. There is nothing like a small thigh split to show off your gorgeous pins and heels!

TULIP1 Rose heels, PrettyLittleThings dress – £25

Hop into the hotel shining brightly in red and gold! Red is a staple dress colour this year, meaning you’ll definitely find the right red dress for you like this one from Pretty Little Things! Instead of a solid coloured heel of nude or black, opt for a shiny metallic colour, such as a silver or a rose gold. This will give the dress a pop! With this low heel, staying in these ‘TULIP1 Rose’ all night won’t be a problem. Add a rose gold metallic clutch and you’re sorted!

Fallon4 blk heels, Boohoo floor length dress – £30

Fallon4 blk heels, Boohoo floor length dress – £30

This could be one of my all time favourite dresses. The Boohoo dress itself is a lot more casual but the detailing at the bottom creates a dainty effect on the piece. If dressing up to the nines isn’t at the top of your list but you want to wear a formal(ish) floor length dress, then I would 100% recommend this outfit. These ‘Fallon4 Blk’ heels are an amazing heel if you actually want to stay in your shoes all night! The low block gives more support and the gold detailing will add a pop of colour to the dress.

Already bought the frock? These heels are my first pick! Block heel… the love of my life. The block is the one of the only heels I walk well in. The small platform helps ease the pain at the end of the night and the dainty straps elongate your ankles. They’re also available in beautiful rose gold and metallic pink!

So your dress is a solid colour and you want to add a bit of colour or sparkle without the flashy jewellery? Then a clutch should be your go-to accessory! Not only are they useful but you have so much choice! Fluffy, diamonds, glitter, metallics, velvet, whatever you like! Go crazy for clutches! My favourite is the fluffy purple purse from Zara, it is such an eye catching piece. Having a long night, I know I’ll still have it at the end because of the little gold chain to make sure it is glued to my shoulder. The only problem would be to watch out for that Irish rain!
